If you are a new user you may register for a free citizen access account. Click apply to begin applying for a registration, license, or permit. Click renew to begin renewing a registration. Click inspections to schedule a building inspection.
Begin your application in the permit arlington system. If you have an account in the eplan review online system and are signing up for a account, you must use the same username in both systems. Follow the system’s prompts and notifications to complete your application.
Permits are required for a variety of activities, including construction and/or demolition of a new building or structure, trades (example: To submit a special event application, you will need to have an account with us. If you don't have an account, create one now. If you did not use a pin number provided by the city, then your registration record must not be associated with your existing permit, license, or registration.
